Switching Your Direct Deposit
In the meantime, you can use our Direct Deposit Form to switch your direct deposit to a Bank5 Connect account:
- Download the form
- Fill it out
- Return it to your employer
Please note that some employers may require you to fill out their own form, but the requested information will likely be similar to Bank5 Connect's Direct Deposit Form.
