Foreign currency exchange has never been easier:

• Log into your Bank5 Connect Online Banking account.
• Click the “Order Foreign Currency” link under the Additional Services menu.
• You’ll be directed to a secure, foreign currency ordering page for our parent company, BankFive.
• Select your desired currency (you can add additional currency orders later on in the order form).
• Choose “Overnight Delivery”, enter your zip code, and click the “Buy Cash” button.
• Review your order details and click “Proceed to Checkout”.
• Enter the Bank5 Connect account number you’d like to use to pay for your foreign currency order.
• Enter your address details. All foreign currency orders must be delivered to a valid home or business address (no P.O. boxes), and the shipping address must match the credit or debit card used to purchase. All deliveries require a signature by someone who is at least 21 years of age (government-issued photo ID must be provided at time of delivery). 
• Submit your order.

*Next day delivery applies to orders placed by 3pm ET and excludes weekends and holidays.
